Please email our Return Application Form on our support page if you would like to return your Bullstrap product. We will then respond with a return address and other relevant information via email!

Your return will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the product. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. (We typically use the US Postal Service (USPS) as they are the least expensive to ship, but feel free to use whichever carrier you’d like)

VAT, Taxes, and/or Duties may be applied on shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, customs or your local post office will usually get in touch with the purchaser so the appropriate fees can be paid to receive the product. Bullstrap is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by other governments.
